petitioner along with the demand draft is accepted.
25. While the counsel for the petitioner states that the demand draft was
enclosed with the nomination ... question, whether the petitioner had forwarded the demand draft
or not and whether the demand draft was lost at the end of the respondent
belied
the prosecution case of the appellant having forged
the demand draft, specimen card and other relevant
documents in question. He came out with ... only proves that it was lost. He would submit that
the fact that the appellant removed the demand draft
from the draft book

bearing No.451953 dated 17.01.2017 was handed over

Shyamji Mishra, clerk managed to have the following forged demand drafts from a stolen demand draft book and deposited in the fictitious account opened ... name. The details of forged demand draft is found as below:-

Rs.8,91,424/-. Now we are in 2018 and this demand draft must have lost
its validity. Therefore
York Branch to stop the payment of the said demand draft. For taking duplicate demand draft, the complainants are required to execute a letter ... suffered huge loss and mental agony. They lost interest on the amount of demand draft from 20.02.1997 to 20.4.1997 on which date, the duplicate demand
demand draft bearing No.PQW 261399 dated 08.07.1991 (Ex. P-2) was not
issued by the said Branch. It was informed that the said draft ... draft of Rs.349062/- for purchase of a Tata
vehicle and after receiving the draft, the receipts were issued and the draft was
deposited
cheque or demand draft, etc.
15. According to accused, the cheques bearing
