Ministry. It was explained that as already intimated
effect thereof was to wipe out the entire service
rendered by a deputationist.
9. Thereafter, the Department of Personnel & Training issued OM dated
March ... which had the effect of
taking away the service rendered by a deputationist in an equivalent cadre in
a parent department or ad-hoc service
said post as a direct recruit and not as a
deputationist as contended by the petitioner.
II That the fact that the word „deputation‟ does ... Officer Grade-I as
a direct recruit and not as a deputationist.
III That all necessary formalities/approvals were
completed/taken by the department before
considered to be
appointed outside the department to a post as a deputationist.
3. The appellant had by way of Annexure P-12 tabulated ... beyond a maximum period of 7
years which is permissible as a deputationist at one
go."
9. The learned Single Judge has noted
Within six months petitioner requested to be treated as a deputationists
because he realized that the recommendations of the 6th Central Pay
Commission required Career ... Food Corporation of India.
Those employees who had been working as deputationists
from the Central Government were absorbed. They
admittedly were given one extra increment
Venkateswarlu were accorded
seniority w.e.f. the date they joined as deputationists, Shiv Kumar Gupta
was accorded benefit of seniority ... scale in the parent department
and joined under DRDO as a deputationist at a higher pay scale, upon
absorption, he was rightly accorded seniority
