absorbed comparatively little of the estate. He indicated that the trusts should devolve upon his heirs, and after making other provisions to which reference ... except with regard to the legacies; (ii) the residue of the estate devolved upon his heirs according to his personal law; (iii) the testator
heritable interest of the heirs of
the statutory tenant would devolve on all the heirs of the
'so called statutory tenant ... business which is a valuable

Order XXII provides the procedure for bringing the legal
representatives
