3. It is further submitted that Directorate General, Defence Estates (DGDE) is
the Headquarters of the Indian Defence Estates Service. DGDE provides

buildings, are some of the responsibilities of DGDE. It also ensures
implementation of Cantonments Act 2006, Policies, Rules & Regulations
Shri Sanjeev Kumar, IDES, CEO,
and Adv. R. Nanavati. The office of DGDE is represented by Shri R.K.
Lal, Deputy Director. The parties ... issued by the
Commission in this case. The Commission recommends to the DGDE to
take disciplinary action under the relevant service rules against both
measuring 3.5 acres out of Sy. No. 183,
sanctioned for transfer to DGDE for construction of staff quarters, land placed
under the management of DGDE ... there has been no compliance of the aforesaid order.
The CPIO (Lands), DGDE placed on the record of the Commission a letter dated
22.12.2022 addressed
Branch Secretariat,
Calcutta along with copy of forwarding the legal opinion to DGDE by a letter of
PDDE. He also sought a copy of referral ... opinion on some
Tribunal order dated 25.07.2014 and its forwarding letter to DGDE.
Grounds for the Second Appeal:
The CPIO has not provided the desired
present.
