cardboard boxes containing narcotics drugs
and psychotropic substance i.e. Diazepam 16,58,000 nos. (12.405 kg.),
Alprazolam 13,29,000 nos. (1.816 kg.), Zolpidem ... remaining samples i.e. D1, E1..... X1
had tested positive for either Diazepam, Alprazolam and Codeine. In the
said report it was mentioned that since
furtherance of their common
intention got drunk water mixed with 'diazepam' (a posionous drug)
with intention of causing injury to the complaint namely ... result from CFSL Office to the effect

same were found to contain 2340 class 'C' drugs mainly Diazepam and
that the said parcels were found bearing sender's address ... officers themselves and during
the said search, number of tablets of Diazepam, Alprazolam, Clonozepam
were recovered from his shop/premises.

6. Viscera report confirmed presence of Diazepam in the body of the
deceased.
7. After completion of investigation, chargesheet ... report is Ex.PW11/A. He found traces of Diazepam in
exhibits 1AA, 1AB and 1AC. Metallic poisons, ethyl and methyl alcohol, cyanide,
phosphide
found to contain dicacetylmorphine to the extent of .02% and diazepam to
the extent of .4%).

Note: (i) with the passage of time physical and chemical
changes
examination, Ex.A2 was found to contain
Monoacetylmorphine, Acetylcodeine, Diacetylmorphine,
Diazepam and Paracetamol. However, on GC examination Ex.A2
was contain Diacetylmorphine ... Diazepam 0.4% and 0.4%
