seeing appointment letter deponent told that this letter is without
dispatch number, upon this accused replied that dispatch number will
be dispatched by the NDPL ... shown them appointment letters and told them
that there was no dispatch number mentioned on the said
appointment letters therefore he had taken back
purported
interception with the petitioner's
telephone number.
(c) This shows that the aforementioned
file number was simply written on
the fabricated or forged ... mention
of No. F.5/1462/2004-HG/7162. This
dispatch number 7162 is itself
wrong and fake as the dispatch

handwriting of A3 and A4. As per these reports the dispatch
number on the possession letters, specimen signature attestation
form, NOC as well as writing
certificate Ex.PW8/A, it was found not showing any
dispatch number. As per him whenever any caste certificate issued,
particularly SC/ST certificate ... from the office of DM, dispatch number/ issue
number is necessarily mentioned on it. As per him a report was sought from
concerned BDO which

letter having the same dispatch number and date was
prepared and sent to R.G.P.V. for regularizing the admissions
name along with another birth certificate dated 05.11.2011
with the similar dispatch number STAT/HFH/2011/95
dated 23.05.2011 already supplied to the Estate Office
letter was dealt with by
Reader Rajinder Kumar Sood, who forged dispatch number and
sent the same for registration to the Patwari, Patwar Halqua Chong
found that two approvals for payments did not bear
regular dispatch number and had been assigned a special number only. After
getting the said approvals
handed over to Anil Kumar Sharma, Jr. Asstt.
for affixing dispatch number. I immediately called him
back to see the letter. I then ... handed
over the entire file to Anil Kumar, Jr. Asstt. for dispatch
and thereafter, I do not know as to where the file had
gone

it appears that he received the dispatch from the Superintendent
of Police, Sepahijala District in respect of the complaint under ... receiving
any such complaint on 02.03.2020. It appears from the said
dispatch number that the substance of the complaint was made
known to the Superintendent
