writ petition. It is stated that though in the other letters dispatch numbers are mentioned but in the said order there is no dispatch number ... concocted and manipulated. Though in the earlier letters and orders the dispatch numbers are mentioned but in the present order no dispatch number is mentioned
dispatching, on which he raised an objection,
stating that it cannot be dispatched without the requisite file.
He deposed that the dispatch register ... dispatch register in the
back date ie. of 05.08.2005. He deposed that he then put the
dispatch number on the forwarding letter and handed
filed to say
that they are the extracts of the dispatch register, showing dispatch
alongwith postal receipts, Annexure R-4/Document No.4. Document ... postal receipt nor is it extract of the dispatch register except for
indicating the dispatch number and the date, there is no proof with
regard
relevance with the
disputed policy. Further, as per
dispatch register it appears that dispatch number of this letter has been
inserted later ... number 2078. Letter dated 8.3.2002 contains enclosure
voucher, but nowhere petitioner submitted in its written statement that voucher
pertaining to refund of premium was dispatched
work in their favour. It is also pertinent to mention that dispatch number affixed on the said letter relates to some other documents
address of the petitioner. It has been sent by
proper dispatch procedure bearing dispatch number, that being
so it has to be assumed that this
number mentioned, it is pleaded by the appellant that though there is no mention of the invoice number, the goods are covered by invoice number ... dispatch chart for May98.
6.2.2 Coming to the cases where in the dispatch chart for July98 where there are no invoice number
genuine document as in case the earlier orders were cancelled, the dispatch number has to be after 9080-83 and there is difference in letter
official letter head of the
department nor it was bearing any dispatch number. Similarly, there was
too much gap between the signatures and last line
documents since two documents produced in evidence did not bear dispatch number. Since the appointment was void-ab-initio, inoperative and a nullity
