contains within itself evidence of
an intention to make an entirely new disposition;
and for that purpose to undo all that had been done
before ... disposition applies only to
part of the subject matter, the instrument being
upon the face of it incomplete, and not applying to
other parts
state of mind, that he understood the
nature and effect of the dispositions, that he put his
signature to the testament of his own free ... property, or where in the light of the relevant
circumstances the dispositions appear to be unnatural,
improbable and unfair, or where there are other reasons
suspicious
circumstances, it would not be treated as the last testamentary disposition of
the testator.
