2. Pattadar pass ... under the said order,
without issuing any prior notice to her, her DKT patta was cancelled
on the ground that one G.Chandraiah, G.Jaya
small extents of land in Chinnapanduru Village,
Varadaiahpalem Mandal, Chittoor District under DKT Pattas granted
to them in 2005 as under :

State Government assigned the afore-mentioned lands to
his father under a DKT patta. For the said lands, the 4th
respondent/Tahasildar, Satyavedu Mandal, Chittoor ... respondent, in brief, is this:
'The subject lands were granted on DKT Patta to Maddali
Kuppaiah. A request was made by the Andhra Pradesh
afore-stated lands were originally
assigned by the then Tahasildar under a DKT patta to the
grandmother of the petitioner, Chellamma. Since then and till ... subject lands.
The petitioner has not violated any conditions of the DKT patta and
she is in possession of the lands till the same were
land is a Government
land and that he is not a DKT Patta holder and that, therefore, he is not
entitled to any compensation ... came to know that the
villagers of the other village, who are DKT land holders and whose lands
were also sub-merged under the same
structures in the village for
Foreshore Submersion of Somasila Project excluding DKT (assigned)
lands and the structures thereon. 68 TMC water ... said proceedings stating that they are
entitled to compensation for DKT Patta lands and structures thereon.
The Government are obliged under law to pay full
facts are
discernable:
"The subject land was originally assigned under a DKT Patta, dated
19.12.1987, to the petitioner. The Andhra Pradesh Industrial
Infrastructure Corporation ... However, insofar as the
lands, which are assigned to various persons under DKT Pattas, the
Government proposed to take possession and resume such assigned
lands

land and that he is not a DKT Patta holder and that, therefore, he is not
entitled to any compensation ... came to know that the
