Subsequent to allotment of land and issuance of DKT patta, these
documents came to be issued

and batch categorically held that the land cannot be treated
as Government Land unless a notification has been issued
under sub-Section ... dated 10.07.2012, while communicating a
list of Government/DKT lands, requested the 4th respondent
not to entertain any registrations in respect of the lands
situated
registered sale deed dated 27.06.2001, treating the said land
as a patta land. When the petitioner intended to lease out the

24.12.2014, that the subject land is a DKT land as per the
information provided by the Revenue Department and therefore
