Subsequent to allotment of land and issuance of DKT patta, these
documents came to be issued

as Government Land unless a notification has been issued
under sub-Section ... dated 10.07.2012, while communicating a
list of Government/DKT lands, requested the 4th respondent
not to entertain any registrations in respect of the lands
situated

as a patta land. When the petitioner intended to lease out the

information provided by the Revenue Department and therefore
