11. Coming to the facts of the present case, the DKT patta
lands were sought to be acquired for public purpose ... family members or were
affixed to the poles planted in the DKT patta lands.
Explanations came to the submitted by the assignees stating
that they
form, there is a reference to DKT number in respect of the land
allotted and the description of the husband of the writ petitioner ... assignment
of Government waste land under defence personnel quota.
Subsequent to allotment of land and issuance of DKT patta, these
documents came to be issued
counsel for the petitioners submits that the subject land
is an assigned land i.e., DKT Patta land and hence, the same cannot be
attached ... assigned land and the same is
pending. He further submits that to prove that the subject land is a DKT
patta, the petitioners filed present
effective possession and
enjoyment of those lands. There are some civil disputes pending
regarding those lands and they are the subject matters ... file of Senior Civil Judge, Kadapa. Those
lands are government lands and DKT patta lands. The further case of
the complainant is that

arbitrary, illegal, misconceived and violative of Art 14, 21

of Ramachandrapuram Mandal granted under Ex-service quota
whatsoever, the respondents are trying to dispossess the petitioners
from the subject land and that in similar facts and circumstances, when
there was threat ... conduct an enquiry on all the encroachments of government lands and
DKT lands in the five villages of Piler Mandal under the supervision
