land. The then Special Deputy Collector, LATGT Unit
addressed to the 3rd
respondent with a request to change his DKT land in S.No.84/2 instead of
84/1, but no action ... dated 02.12.2013, he stated as
follows:
"I have inspected the DKT land in S.No.84-1 extent 1.00 acre
2004 dated 21.02.2014
wherein the names of the purchasers of DKT land were incorporated. The
R.D.O, Tirupathi after issuing notices to the purchasers ... that the subject land is a Government land and
NOC was required. The plea that the petitioner's DKT patta is a fake
contended that the land of the petitioners is purely Government
Assigned land, uncultivable waste land, at the time of acquisition ... assigned lands shall be paid on par
with Patta lands as per the provisions of the Act 30 of 2013 or any
other Land Acquisition
