that the said document, i.e., alleged gift deed dated
31/3/2006 is an invalid document and under the said
document the plaintiffs being ... that after obtaining all the
original documents from the said M.Anil Kumar during transit,
those documents were lost. So far as the said contention
considered, to prove the contents of a document allegedly lost ?
(ii) Whether there is a presumption under Sections 50 and 114 of the
Evidence
reasonable time.
Thus, the secondary evidence of a document which is lost
or difficult to trace can be adduced in two ways ... document, if the conditions as laid

search of the original document, he was unable to
trace out the original document as the document was lost. It was
