she only relied on the photocopy of a document captioned 'godnama' (adoption
deed) i.e. Mark ... post charge evidence and
admitted that the same was merely a notarized document and did not bear the
signatures of the natural parents

witness has been brought
making signature as identifier in any

that applicant has produced xerox copy of notarized
agreement between the parties wherein the complainant singed the
documents and, he has returned the earnest money
