complainant/ appellant Santram was bitten
by dog on 01.10.2017 and died on 01.11.2017 during treatment for dog bite.
Uncle of the complainant/ appellant Toman ... against a street dog
and likewise postmortem of the dead body was also not conducted as he
died due to dog bite. In the years
deceased patient, he died and they gave a treatment for dog bite instead for snake bite.
