appellant gave report to police that deceased had
died due to dog bite, which she had few days prior
to 02/03/2001. The police ... accused Nos. 1 and 2, he admitted that his
sister had dog bite two days prior to date of
incident. In the cross examination
deceased should go to Sisua for getting the treatment for the dog bite.

brother of accused, whose name
went with her father to drink medicine for curing dog bite as she had been bitten by some dog and after getting her the said
injury No. 1 could be caused by teeth-bite of an adult and not by teeth bite of 12 years old child. On this point ... asserted that it could not be the result of a dog bite; and that the colour of such injury remains bluish after 24 hours
informed the injuries might have been caused due to dog's bite. The next day,there were panchayat in which ... injuries on P.W.2 may be due to Dog's bite and that inskirt of her daughter and the blood stained lungi
stranger came to her help, chased the
dog away, advised her to take medical treatment for dog
bite.
3. The complainant took treatment
informant committed by the petitioner rather they have stated
only about dog bite for which panchayati was also held and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc ... panchayat held in the
village which was purely with regard to dog biting incident and
not any other act, let the petitioner, above named
false. In fact, there was some brawl
with regard to biting of dog. On 25.7.2011, a
telephonic message was received from General
Hospital, Gurgaon that
