5. The Plaintiff states that the domain name 'bloomberg.com' was
registered by it on 29th September ... stated that the Plaintiff is also the proprietor of over
1000 domain names incorporating the expression 'Bloomberg' or a
misspelling thereof
services or goods on the Internet or otherwise under the trademark/domain name 'Yahooindia.Com' or any other mark/domain name which ... companies to select domain names that incorporate their company name, well-known trademark, and/or product/service name and generally attempt to locate a particular
mark/domain name, which may be identical and/or deceptively similar with the aforesaid mark/name.

another such mark available to it, which is also a
registered domain name. Therefore, the said action indicates and
establishes dishonest intention on the part ... their web-browser. The very purpose of having two
registered domain names by the defendant only establishes the dishonest
intention and bad faith
