Ashok Dogra, Tara Chand and Smt. Shakuntala were entrusted with
the dowry articles. On the complaint ... complainant came to her parental house and threw the dowry
articles there and went away. The jewellery which the complainant
was wearing was taken away

complainant lodged the FIR in
question alleging that in the marriage dowry articles worth Rs. 5 lacs
were given to complainant's husband ... laws were not
