scales so proposed do not come in conflict with the
DPE Guidelines. In this context, the following is
submitted:-
1. Pending revision of Scales ... DPE have not supported the proposal on the ground
that the proposed regularization of pay-scales is in
contravention of the DPE guidelines. Under
DPE on VRS/VSS; and
ii. Whether engagement in a CPSE on contractual/consultancy basis would
also qualify as re-employment/employment.
2. DPE guidelines ... such distinction made between
employment and re-employment in the DPE guidelines.
3. In case of engagement on contractual/consultancy basis in a CPSE
guidelines of 25.06.1999. To that extent, Para 2 of the
DPE guidelines on pay revision vide O.M. dated
25.06.1999 needs to be suitably amended ... concurrence of DPE
and administrative ministry for their pay revision
proposals whenever there is any departure from or
interpretation of DPE guidelines

rules and circulars.
