requisite documents be handed over to his man Rizwan Khan

6. It is further submitted that respondent was the only person in
whose possession those documents were placed and he by
forging those documents
securities; forged the documents; put the concocted
signature of dead manKantibhai, in those documents
and knowingly used the forged draft as genuine and

had fraudulently obtained the draft and handed over the said forged
