Gouda to draft a Will. Accordingly, Narasimha Gouda
prepared the draft. He read over the draft to the
deceased. Thereafter, a fair Will ... witnesses. Further his evidence indicates that
Narasimha Gouda, who drafted the document is not an
advocate rather a document writer. It is not known
being 31.08.2017. Therefore, the same
was rejected and all the documents and demand drafts
were also returned. Subsequently, petitioners re-sent
the proposal ... rejected. Once again the first respondent
returned all the documents and demand drafts to the

documents, etc. were sent to PW30 along with investigation
report whereas the investigation officer PW57 ... PW30 and
showed all the relevant documents in original and furnished
draft sanction order for according sanction, for the
prosecution of the accused
person who has drafted the said
agreement and as well as he himself being the person
who has drafted the complaint on behalf ... well as another respondent and
preparing drafts for various persons in the same
transaction and suppressing all those documents while
preparing false complaint against vendor
that the petitioner has no business to verify
the documents and he has to draft only what was
instructed to him. The name of person ... about the identity
of the person on whose behalf he writes the document.
