procured Drone from a firm 'M/s Simrones Systems Private Limited'
owned

supply of arms with the help of Drones and that a few days back, they had
received a consignment of heroin ... thorough Drones.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the alleged
recovery effected from the petitioner is Drone Box, Magazine and Upon
D/s-Drone
drug trafficking and also supply of arms with the
help of Drones and that they had received a consignment of 'Heroin' through
Drones ... arrested by
the police from Bareilly, who disclosed that he had procured Drone from a
firm 'M/s Simrones Systems Private Limited' owned
ordered a consignment of 500 grams of heroin from Pakistan through a
drone on 07.01.2025 at about 5:30 PM after making a phone call ... stating that
he used to order consignments of heroin from Pakistan through drones. He
stated that although he did not remember the exact date, sometime
demand notice on the ground that
no notice was given before undertaking drone survey. The relevant
paragraphs are reproduced herein below:
"6. Since ... notice was given to the petitioner before
undertaking the survey through drone and the order
of recovery has been passed by the respondents, as
such
parked near Arvind Casting Factory. One
person had a remote for the drone. Two people were flying
drones. However, there was a ban on flying ... drones. The
informant tried to video record the incident, however, the
people packed the drone and quarrelled with the informant.
