opinion, death was due to asphyxia as a result of ante mortem drowning and the
approximate time since death was 24 to 48 hours.
However ... stated that he cannot say whether the drowning was suicidal, accidental or
homicidal in nature.
12. P.W. 7 was the Addl

15. DISCUSSION ON EVIDENCE
15.1 P.W.-13, Dulal Das, the husband
intention to kill him and pushed him into the canal and
drowned him to death. Gurpreet Singh thereafter got the missing
