59. Before embarking on the merits of the case
against Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (hereinafter referred to as „ DV Act ‟)
against the Petitioners.
2. The Petitioner No.1, Sebastian Jeronimo Pereira got married ... DV
petition is not maintainable.
45. In this regard, it would be pertinent to refer to Section 17 of the DV
Act which provides

44. Pertinently, the allegations made in the Complaint herein, are
identical to those made in DV Act Petition

referred to as „ DV Act ‟) for committing breach of the Protection Order dated
06.02.2020.

Section 12 DV Act, wherein she claimed various reliefs.
8. Two Divorce Petitions on the ground
from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (hereinafter referred to as the " DV Act,
2005 "), the learned Metropolitan Magistrate vide Order dated 22.06.2019,
had observed ... wife filed a Complaint Case No. V-290/2017 under the DV Act,
2005 and the interim maintenance Order was made on 22.06.2019, wherein
Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (hereinafter referred to as " DV
Act, 2005 ") wherein she sought various reliefs of Prohibitory injunction,
residence, maintenance ... terms of the settlement. Three Applications under
Section 23(2) of DV Act, 2005 seeking compliance of the settlement were
filed by the plaintiff
