accident. Had it been the accidental death, the articles i.e.
cigarette packet, matchstick box, shell of boiled eggs, disposable glass, cap
of country-made ... direct evidence of
eye-witnesses but purely on circumstantial evidence i.e. last seen. In a
case based on circumstantial evidence, the settled
seized by the police from the spot i.e. one sealed
plastic box containing four cigarette butts sealed with the seal ... saliva was detected on Exhs.1A, 1B, 1C
and 1D i.e. the cigarette butts. The DNA examination was
conducted on the cigarette butts (Exhs

near shop to purchase cigarette, he saw Thushar and two girls i.e.,
Shivani and Preethi going in an autorickshaw. He also followed

grass of lawn of scene of crime i.e. House No. B-156,
Sector-92, Noida ... prosecution, fourteen cigarette
butts were recovered from House No. 156, Sector 92, Noida
Uttar Pradesh, however the cigarette butts and the Saliva swabs
swollen.
There
were abrasions on both the hands and burn marks of cigarette on the
backside of her shoulders. There were belt marks with abrasion ... showing the portion inside the cloth,i.e., kurta. She also stated
that the burn marks of cigarette were appearing to be fresh as they

his shop. After taking cigarette, the deceased alongwith that boy went
towards E-Block Park. He went on to depose that ... younger of the two
accused, i.e. appellant Akash, came to his shop and had purchased a cigarette
from him and then went towards
