stated in the plaint lead to a conclusion that an
egregious fraud has been committed by the secured creditor to warrant a
conclusion that this
case in her favour.
Prima facie there appears to be an egregious fraud perpetuated by the
plaintiff on the defendant. Clearly, there is merit

enforcement of Bank Guarantees or Letters of Credit.
