sent to EIILM University, Sikkim vide letter dated 25.11.2016 and,
thereafter, on 1705.2017 but both the letters
obtained from Eastern Institute
for Integrated Learning in Management University, Sikkim ('EIILM
University'). However, his degree from EIILM University could not
be verified ... Court that the appellant was a bona fide student
of MBA from EIILM University, Sikkim and that the course was
bonafidely pursued
