appellant in execution. It is already held that
it is the Controller under the Act that has exclusive jurisdiction to
order ejectment of a tenant ... inherently lacks
jurisdiction to entertain the suit and pass a decree of ejectment.
Therefore, though the decree was passed and the jurisdiction of the
Court
terminated
by legal notice dated 10.11.2007 and the defendant is entitled to eject the
plaintiff from the suit property for which defendant has already filed ... plaintiff never came forward to negotiate
the terms and conditions for execution and registration of the lease deed
and therefore, the plaintiff remained a licensee
