Learned Rent Controller,Nawanshahr vide his order dated
8.11.1988 allowed the ejectment petition and directed that Dharam Chand ... since the execution
application is admittedly filed on 06.8.1997 in respect of the ejectment
order dated 8.11.1988, therefore, the same was barred by limitation.
However
tenancy has been sublet ,the tenant
shall be liable to be ejected only from
such part; or
(vii) refuses to execute a Qabuliyat ... period of two months from the date of
notice of the execution or decree or order,
directing him to pay such arrears of rent
vacation of ex parte order of
stay dated 26.10.2009 by which execution of the decree of the Court below
has been stayed.

In brief, the facts of this case are that respondent Mohan Lal

presumed the due execution and admissibility of document Ex.P10 but it
was held that

Learned Court below has relied upon two decisions in the
cases ... cannot be revoked and the licensee cannot be ejected from the building. The
irrevocability of the license in such a case applies to that portion
