prescribed, eject any person who is in wrongful or unauthorised

Registration and represent me before
him, and admit the factums of the execution of the deed, the
receipt of consideration money and transfer of possession ... consideration money (Batai or lease money) and issue
receipt therefor, to eject the tenants and in this connection to
tissue legal notice and to take
also justify the said
revenue entry. In case petitioner was aggrieved of execution of above said
receipts, then onus was shifted upon her to prove ... which she was
not entitled and has been aptly ordered to be ejected from said land, vide
order dated 17.08.1995 (Annexure P-3) rendered
said land and
further private respondents have been aptly ordered to be ejected from said
land. In these terms, instant writ petition is allowed. Impugned ... eviction passed by the Collector is to be enforced
forthwith through execution petition.
