The said impugned order was passed in relation
reproduced hereinbelow:

On the basis of the said
learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court, Alipore in Ejectment
Execution Case No. 1050 of 2010. The petitioner is not aggrieved by the first part
sentence of the said order, the words 'Ejectment Execution Case' should be
replaced by "Misc. Case".
In the 14th line
would be entitled to an order of stay
of execution proceeding arising out of ejectment case no.
450/04 till the disposal of the appeal ... District Judge at Sealdah. There shall be
however, unconditional stay of the execution proceeding till
15th May, 2012. After the expiry of 15th
15th May, 2012.
