holder applied for execution. In his execution application he specifically stated that he wanted the delivery of physical possession by the ejectment of the Judgment ... fresh suit for ejectment & they were not entitled to some forward a year later with a second
execution application. I accordingly accept the appeal
building or rented land shall not be evicted therefrom in execution of a decree passed before or after the commencement of this Act or otherwise ... reluctantly compelled to issue fresh notices of ejectment to them in accordance with the provisions of Section 13 of the Act of 1949. These notices
observed:
