put into execution giving rise to Ejectment Execution Case
No. 10 of 2016.

arising out of Ejectment Execution Case No. 37 of 2016,
passed the Judge, 4th Bench, Presidency Small ... executing a Registered Deed on
14.03.2002. However, the opposite party filed an
Ejectment Suit being no. 319 of 2014 and obtained a
ex-parte decree
June 10, 2009. The said decree was put into
execution giving rise to Execution Case No. 59 of
2009 before the learned Judge, 5th Bench ... decree passed in Ejectment Suit No.
784 of 2000 on June 10, 2009 and from
further proceeding with the Ejectment
Execution;

on 12.03.2019 and in Ejectment Execution Case
Bench, in Misc. Case No. 18 of 2017 arising

17.11.2021 has preferred the present revisional
opposite parties
Being aggrieved by the interim order of stay of
Ejectment Execution Case No. 140 of 2016 for a period
of three weeks ... eviction
against the defendant firm on 08.09.2016 and filed an
