R/7. Thereupon, respondent-landlady filed execution petition for execution
of the ejectment order.
In the execution petition, appellants herein ... filing
frivolous and meritless objections, the appellants have delayed the
execution of ejectment order by at least two years although the ejectment
order had attained
reproduced hereinbelow:

learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court, Alipore in Ejectment

weeks.
There shall be stay of all further proceedings in Ejectment Execution Case No. 180 of 2011
pending before the learned Judge, Fifth Bench, Presidency
weeks.
There shall be stay of all further proceedings in Ejectment Execution Case No. 181 of 2011
pending before the learned Judge, Fifth Bench, Presidency
There will be a stay in connection with the
