earlier point of time, ejectment proceedings were initiated against the
petitioner, under Section 7 of the Act wherein, his ejectment was ordered
and those proceedings ... have become final. It appears that with a view to
delay execution of ejectment order, this writ petition was filed.
No case is made
appeal which was dismissed on
15.01.1982 confirming the decree of ejectment. The execution petition
has been levied by the petitioner on 24.03.1982 after the disposal ... period of limitation in any suit or application for
execution of decree, the institution or execution of which is stayed by
injunction or order

herself also filing the similar objections and by getting
objections have been got filed by Davinder Sharma in
the execution to delay the execution of delivery of possession
confirmed upto ... these facts have been
concealed in order to obstruct the execution of ejectment order
confirmed upto the Hon'ble Supreme Court."
A perusal
filed an
application before Assistant Collector Ist Grade, Hansi for the ejectment
of the plaintiffs from the suit plot. Gyani Ram did not implead Gram ... claimed that the plaintiffs are liable to be ejected in execution of the legal
orders passed by the revenue courts.
On the pleadings
demised premises and the
Court has ordered ejectment even without providing for any time for
ejectment. The tenant will have a period of six months ... terminated forthwith and allow for
the landlord to secure ejectment in execution forthwith.
2. The Civil revision is dismissed with above
observation.

relation to the difficulties faced by a decree
holder in execution of the decree, in 1872, the Privy
Council had observed that
"......... the difficulties ... undergoing the
whirlwind of law in getting the fruits of ejectment order passed in 1985
by the Rent Controller which attained finality after number
Grade, Yamuna Nagar on 30.12.1970 and
ejectment of Antu Ram was ordered. In pursuance of the execution, possession
was delivered to respondent ... have the same
powers as the Civil court has for execution of decree of ejectment
from or delivery of possession of that property
upholding a third party
objection to an execution petition filed by the decree holder in an
ejectment action under the East Punjab Rent Restriction ... belonged to the objector and that he could not be ejected
