This is a revision against the execution order in execution
for ejectment. There is a prayer for an adjournment. I decline the same
landlord has successfully dispossessed the
tenant/respondent by filing ejectment petition and in execution of
order of ejectment, he has taken possession thereof. Hence this
revision filed against the
eviction Bombay High Court stayed execution of the decree by
order dated 14.10.2008 subject to the appellant i.e. Government ... decree
as condition for stay of the execution of the
decree of ejectment has to be seen as one single
package. The appellant
mesne profits are
concerned which are also part of the pending execution proceedings

together with question of regaining possession of the suit corpus ... regain possession by
ejectment. The appellant is faced in execution proceedings concurrent
decrees of ejectment. No other ground is pressed. Merely because the
