reads as under:

18. The second prayer in the writ petition is to declare the
initiation of the election process
order dated 28.12.2015 is reproduced
below :-
"[10] The election process which is scheduled for
tomorrow i.e. 29.12.2015 is not stayed. As stated ... which notices were issued. It was only
thereafter that the election process came to be started.
Thus, the Custodian was well aware that elections were
even the
contestants in the election. It appears that they had
tried to obstruct the election process, by virtue of their
being members ... election petition only. It is further
held that preparation of voters list is a part of election
process for constituting a managing committee
Code of Civil Procedure praying for a stay on
the election process. The said application was heard
and disposed of by the learned court below ... with the election till disposal of
the injunction application.
It is on record in the order impugned itself that
the election process had begun
