promoting and developing a new field of medicine namely
Electropathy / Electro Homeopathy. The case of the

other practitioners of Electropathy /
Electrohomoeopathy have succeeded in their
petition before this Court and the Division Bench
members of petitioner
association to do the practice in the field of Electropathy.
When
the main petition i.e. Special Civil
Application No.3520
dated 25th November, 2003 does not bar development and
research of Electropathy thereby prayer has been made to allow the
appellant to do practice ... field of Electropathy and to restrain
the Government authorities to take any action against the appellants.
3. Taking
into consideration facts and circumstances
Litigation has been preferred to
hold that the profession of Naturopathy, Yoga, Electropathy and
Herbal Medicines practice can be carried out without registration
from
appeal. The appellants, in turn, are directed not to practice
Electropathy/Electrohomeopathy in the said premises either directly
or through any other person, though
