Electropathy system of medicine shall be called ―the petitioners‖, whereas the
petition filed in public
Kaur claimed that she has studied
and completed the Certification Course in Electropathy/Electro Homeopathy from
the said society. The said Certification Course ... recognized by the
respondents and she was not allowed to practice in Electropathy/Electro
Homeopathy by the respondents.
2. Aggrieved by the action
nature of mandamus, directing the official respondents to grant recognition to
Electropathy/Electro Homeopathy System of Medicine within the State of
Haryana. Petitioners have also ... passed by the Apex Court and provisions of The
Rajasthan Electropathy System of Medicine Act, 2018 , Annexure P-8.
2. Counsel for the petitioners states
Medical Practitioner because she did not fulfill the
condition of practicing Electropathy/Electro Homeopathy. The order
dated 18.4.2011 has been upheld which has in turn ... dated 25.11.2003and 05.05.2010.
According to the aforesaid letter dated 25.11.2003, 'Electropathy' is
not recognized as a system of medicine and no recognition
said decision
relates to Ayurveda. The decision in the case of Electropathy Medicos of
India v/s State of Maharashtra and others, 2002 AIR (Bombay
deceased. The widow claimed that her husband was a
medical practitioner in Electropathy-Electro-homoeopathy Practitioner
and was also running a poultry farm, earning
preventing the petitioner to practice in his Branch of pathy
(electropathy), he does not wish to press this petition any further.
