follows:--
"i. to declare that the petitioners are entitled to
practice electropathy/electro homeopathy and neither
the respondents nor any other person or persons ... appropriate writ direction or order directing the
respondents not to interfere with electropathy/electro
homeopathy practice of the petitioners.
Iii. To issue a writ
reliefs:--
"i. to declare that the petitioner is entitled to
practice Electropathy/Electro Homeopathy and
that neither the respondents nor any other person ... petitioner or to obstruct him in the
course of his practice of
Electropathy/Electrohomeopathy, and
iii. to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other
reliefs:--
"a. to declare that the petitioners are entitled to
practice Electropathy/Electro Homoeopathy and
that the respondents 2 to 5 have no manner ... direction
commanding the respondents 2 to 5 not to
interfere with Electropathy/Electro-Homoeopathy
practice of the petitioners."
2. Briefly put, the case
grant of
licence to the existing and new institutes conducting courses
in Electropathy and other alternative system of medicines,
(ii) minimum standards of education ... particularly provide the law in relation to
the system of medicine of Electropathy claimed by petitioner
and whether such type of certificate is sufficient

research of Electropathy thereby prayer has been made to allow the
appellant to do practice ... field of Electropathy and to restrain
the Government authorities to take any action against the appellants.
3. Taking
into consideration facts and circumstances
Litigation has been preferred to
hold that the profession of Naturopathy, Yoga, Electropathy and
Herbal Medicines practice can be carried out without registration
from
appeal. The appellants, in turn, are directed not to practice
Electropathy/Electrohomeopathy in the said premises either directly
or through any other person, though
