According to the petitioner, one Elephant G.Rajendran has filed
W.P.No.10098 of 2008 in respect of elephant ... Government to constitute an expert
Committee to identify and delineate the Elephant Corridor. Pursuant to the
order passed by this Court, Forest Department prepared

land belonging to the accused with burn injuries ... trunk. His complaint was that the elephant had
died due to electrocution, which was on account of
the accused having illegally fenced his land with
issue of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to euthanize the Elephant-Rajeshwari, kept by the 1st Respondent.
