Department as a Junior Engineer on 14.4.1980 and was promoted
as Sub Divisional Engineer on 14.3.1996. Further promotion to

Briefly stated, the petitioner, who was working on the post of
Junior Engineer in the Board was denied the promotion ... dated
8.2.1990 he was promoted and granted deemed date of promotion as
Assistant Engineer w.e.f. 14.7.1981 i.e. from the date his junior
Annexure P11, whereby the claim of the
petitioner seeking promotion to the post of Executive Engineer
with effect from the date his junior was promoted ... been
taken that the case of the petitioner for promotion as Executive
Engineer w.e.f. 21.5.1976 i.e. the date his junior, namely, Shri
held on
26.6.2012 for the purposes of promotion to the post of Chief Engineer.
The grievance of the petitioner was to the effect that ... issued to consider the petitioner's
case for promotion to the post of Chief Engineer in the
DPC which was fixed
