extent of Rs.8,32,507/- under Section ... difficulties in complying with the due date under the
EPF Act vis-à-vis the previous year of the Income-tax is concerned,
there
contends that scheme of
pension applicable to the employees governed by the EPF & MP Act,
1952 is distinct from the pension scheme applicable
them i.e. either
refunded through salary or deposited in the EPF Account. The
action was taken as there was no scheme
Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel
appearing for the Corporation, submits that EPF and Pension amount
could not be paid to the petitioner
Bhikhna Pahari Branch, Patna died while in service on
26.10.2004 . However, except EPF amount, nothing has been paid to
the petitioner, such as, gratuity, life
forms so as to facilitate the payment relating to EPF and family
pension of the petitioner which have not been properly done.
Learned counsel ... shall ensure that all formalities with regard to
payment of EPF and pension are completed. It shall be ensured that
the forms are sent
