Basavaraj was mutually appointed by the parties as an
escrow agent. According to the complainant, as per the
terms of the agreement, all cheques ... related
documents were entrusted to the escrow agent, to be
released to the respective parties on 31.07.2018. It is
alleged that the respondent/complainant handed
respondent. The said documents were placed with King
& Patridge, their Escrow Agents for verification. Later,
second respondent came to know that the petitioner
does
kept with an advocate who
agreed to act as an Escrow agent for the
appellant and respondents 1 to 4. If that is
so, question
known as 'Pebbie Bay'. The
Vvcornplainant has been an Escrow agent. The
complainant has been nominated as Escrow agent
for the said United
Nanjundaiah Mahendra. An assurance letter dated
21.07.2017 were entrusted to Escrow Agent one Ganesh
Basavaraj. On 03.12.2018, Nanjundaiah Mahendra, who is
one of the share
petitioner had taken the responsibility of
executing these documents as escrow agent and the money was
deposited into the escrow account.
