1. Vide this order, I shall dispose
petroleum products
and had entered into a dealership agreement with M/S Esso Standard Eastern
Inc., (now known as M/s. Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited ... partnership deed, a lease deed was executed between the M/S Esso Standard
Eastern Inc. and Late Sh. Mohanjit Singh on 21 st November
contended therein.
Furthermore, they pleaded that by virtue of the ESSO (Acquisition
of Undertakings in India) Act, 1974 (Central ... notification No.G.S.R. 320E the name of
its predecessor viz., ESSO Standard Refining Company of India
Ltd. stood changed as Hindustan Petroleum Corporation
name of M/s Standard Vacuum
Oil Company Ltd. was changed to ESSO Standard Eastern Inc. in
whose favour the said lease was renewed ... premium of Rs.35,360/. The name of the said ESSO
Standard Eastern Inc. was thereafter changed to ESSO Eastern
Inc. and subsequently
Rajeshwari Devi, wife of S.L.
Bhatia had been leased out to Esso on or about 09.07.1968. Since
then, an Esso petrol pump was being ... Road, Azadpur,
