According to the prosecution Dinesh (since
deceased) used to have an evil eye on Ramma Chauhan and he
used to ask PW 5 Sarfaraj ... testimony to this effect that deceased
used to have an evil eye on Ramma Chuahan which was
conveyed to her has gone unrebutted and unchallenged
visit his house in his absence and had kept an evil eye on the
deceased, regarding which the deceased had complained to the
complainant ... deceased had told him that accused used to keep an evil
eye on her and used to visit her room in his absence and that
accused caught her hand and looked at her with evil eye
and started taking her to the park and when she raised noise, he left ... that the accused caught her hand and looked at her with evil eye and started
