1. The present appeal has been filed against the ex-parte
injunction order dated 20th December, 2007 passed by the learned
Single Judge ... According to the Appellant, the Respondent/Plaintiff had
obtained the impugned ex-parte injunction order by concealing and
suppressing vital facts as well
learned Single Judge in view of the earlier ad interim ex
parte order of injunction dated 5th October, 2021, has been given one last
Signature ... restrained the said
appellants', their proprietors, partners etc. by an ex parte injunction from
infringing the registered patent IN 329620 of the respondent
same.
4. On 14th September, 2015, this Court granted an ex parte ad
interim injunction in favour of the plaintiffs and against ... appearance despite service,
they were proceeded ex parte vide order dated 31st August, 2017 and
the ex parte injunction order was confirmed.
6. The contentions

39. By opposing the prayer for interim injunction, the
restriction contained in sub-section (1) of Section ... instant case, the court had already passed an ad interim
ex parte injunction. The appellants were bound to respond to
the notice issued
21st December, 2015, this Court granted an ex-parte ad
interim injunction in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendant.
The relevant portion ... despite service, it was
proceeded ex parte vide order dated 20th October, 2016 and the ex parte
interim injunction was confirmed till disposal
prays for the following reliefs:-
"A) Grant an ad interim ex-parte injunction in favour of
the Plaintiff and against the Defendants for restraining ... pendency
of the present proceedings;
B) Grant an ad interim ex-parte injunction in favour of
the Plaintiff and against the Defendants for restraining
closed vide order dated 18th April, 2018 and it was
proceeded ex parte in FAO(OS) 578/2015 vide order dated 28th January ... Industries was completely
incorrect. Thus as on the date when the ex-parte injunction was
granted, i.e., 22nd December, 2014, the Defendants may have
seeking inter alia

permanent injunction against the infringement of Trade Marks and
Copyrights, passing off, unfair competition ... 6487/2015. This Court also granted an ad interim ex parte
injunction in favour of the plaintiffs restraining the defendants and
their partners, agents, distributors
Vide order dated 21st October, 2016 this Court granted an ex-
parte ad interim injunction in favour ... plaintiffs and against the
defendants. The relevant portion of the ex-parte injunction order is
reproduced hereinbelow:-
