ORDER
1. In compliance of the previous order of this Tribunal dated
25.11.2025, we have received written communications ... without having
been issued notice had appeared and says that demolition order, execution
of which is being sought, has already been reviewed by GCZMA with
files to the concerned authorities
directly contributed to the non-execution of demolition orders.
The appellant's plea that he was hospitalized after signing ... retained the files
without any authority which resulted in non-execution of
demolition orders. It is alleged that this was done with an intent
verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

7. Section 269 of the Act, 1976 read as under:-
"269. Order of demolition and stoppage of buildings ... section (2)
against an order of demolition, the Court of the District
Judge may stay the enforcement of that order on such
