testimony of the witnesses would establish that when Kanhaiya and Anmol
exhorted Ranjeet to hit the deceased, their intention was that Ranjeet should
cause injuries ... three brothers came back and saw Ranjeet
sleeping, Anmol and Kanhaiya exhorted Ranjeet to hit Ramesh. At that,
Ranjeet picked up a wooden stick lying
balconies of their quarters and Sunil,
brother of appellant Manoj, was exhorting Manoj to kill them at that time.
The statement of Mahinder Singh ... hand and a bag around his neck.
Accused Sunil was exhorting Manoj to shoot everybody at that time.
Thereafter Manoj fired a shot at Mahinder
when he was caught by accused Munna.‟ On

Ramesh Chand jointly exhorted: "Dimpy finish him off
today." Before they could even realize the gravity

and the other accused facilitated the commission of the crime

15. With reference to the exhortation, it may be noted
that the testimony of the witnesses in vernacular is translated
right hand. Rajesh Kumar PW-3 intervened to save
Dharamvir. Accused Randhir exhorted accused Daya Singh to
give knife blow to Rajesh Kumar ... Dharamvir and assaulted him. When Rajesh tried to rescue
Dharamvir, Randhir exhorted Daya Singh to stab them with a
knife and he i.e. Daya
Mahaveer. In his said statement, except for alleging that
Mahaveer gave an exhortation at which Jaiveer assaulted him
and his brother Chavi Ram, no role ... Chavi Ram by improving upon his
earlier statement which alleged only exhortation to Mahaveer;
improvement being to allege Mahaveer assaulting Chavi Ram.
