Rules 1 and 2 CPC seeking the following reliefs:
(i) ad-interim exparte injunction in favour of the
CS No. 139/2015 Page ... immediately remove the lock

this suit, JD sought an injunction for
restraining DH from forcibly dispossessing him from the suit

13.05.2009 in I.A.6171/09, whereby ... High Court

plaintiffs, whereby, defendants were restrained from interfering
in peaceful possession

10. On 10.11.2022, exparte interim injunction was granted in
favour of plaintiff u/O XXXIX rule
said transaction and filed a Civil Suit for
permanent injunction wherein ad-interim ex-parte injunction was
granted on 14.07.2010. The complainant claims that ... that day, the complainant got an ad-interim
exparte injunction which was informed to the parties and copy of
order was affixed on the property
